2 purpose of international comparison project
цель Проекта международных сопоставлений.Проект международных сопоставлений (International Comparison Programme) предназначен для проведения в мировом масштабе статистического обследования уровня национальных цен по единой программе и унифицированной системе счетоводства, позволяющей собирать и обобщать данные о расходах страны на потребление и накопление в соответствии с единой товарной номенклатурой. Успех в реализации Проекта международных сопоставлений каждой страны мира зависит прежде всего от практических возможностей использования утвержденной статистической Комиссией ООН рекомендации по составлению сводных отчетных балансов. Внедрение в национальную статистическую практику детализированной системы национальных счетов (System of National Accounts) - необходимое условие для международной сравнимости исходных статистических сведений. Показатели Проекта международных сопоставлений ООН рассматриваются как совокупность единого для всех стран числа стоимостных товарных групп, формируемых в соответствии с мировыми стандартами. Унификация смыслового содержания детальных показателей СНС, требующая усилий большого числа специалистов как балансовой, так и отраслевой статистики, - это первый этап международных сопоставлений, осуществляемых по методологии ООН. Второй и наиболее трудоемкий вид работ при проведении такого вида сравнительного анализа - это подбор индивидуальных цен в соответствии с согласованными странами едиными списками товаров-представителей.
